How many cameras on each Tower?

5 to 15 cameras and 1 PTZ camera that can be remotely moved by customer or ARC per tower depending on requirements of site survey

Yes the guards are called if we see need for them to attend with the keyholder. The keyholder is always called if there is an incident

If I order today, when can you get me the Tower?

Under 24hrs for extra cost and normally within 72hrs or less

How can I choose the right security system?

Can I move the Tower on my own or do I need to call you?

You can follow the procedure and move the tower providing you let us know 1st to avoid unnecessary alarms

How difficult is it to move towers ?

It is not hard to move, similar to a standard light tower but we need to be notified in advance to avoid alarms and adjust grids for best coverage.

Do the lights get turned on remotely?

YES Lights are controlled remotely and preset based on expected working times during dark hours

NO The lights are for work lights and do not help the camera view. In fact the lights reduce the area covered by a camera view as they create dark spots that the camera will not work well with.

Standard fuel in standard tower. HVO in the eco tower.

The typical range is 79 degrees and 40m. This can be up to 250m if clear conditions with the PTZ camera and vari focal cameras used on special cases but we advise against it due to fog and rain.

The tower runs on Diesel, HVO Solar and external generator if available.

Usually 3hrs per day 5 days a week at your choosing (default 12noon for 3 hrs) 

How often do I need to refuel?

Normally every 4 to 6 weeks unless used for extra lighting runtime
