How many cameras on each Tower?
5 to 15 cameras and 1 PTZ camera that can be remotely moved by customer or ARC per tower depending on requirements of site survey
Do you do the monitoring?
We use our partners who monitor our sites
Who calls out if a break in happens are the Guards called?
Yes the guards are called if we see need for them to attend with the keyholder. The keyholder is always called if there is an incident
Is there a warranty or service agreement?
Yes all maintenance is included in the price.
What kind of support is available?
24/7/365
What happens in case of equipment failure?
Tower Security will sort any issues at no cost to you.
Are there any noise concerns?
Not usually an issue on sites as the tower is completely silent for 22hrs per day
Can the tower be integrated with other security systems?
Yes
What are the safety features?
CCTV monitored real time and alarms reacted to in real time
What is the process for extending the rental period?
It can be auto renew without minimum rental period
Are there any discounts for long-term rentals?
Yes we offer competitive rates on all hire periods
Can the tower be customised?
Yes please ask your BDM for details.
At What stage are the Garda informed if somebody breaks in?
If there is any treat to property or life they will attend with the keyholder.(our sites are all on the garda pulse system)
If I order today, when can you get me the Tower?
Under 24hrs for extra cost and normally within 72hrs or less
Why is security important for installations?

What types of security systems are available?
Options include CCTV, alarms, access control, and on-site security personnel.
How can I choose the right security system?
It depends on your site’s needs, risk level, and budget—professional assessment is recommended.
Do security systems require maintenance?
Yes, regular servicing ensures reliability and optimal performance.
Can I monitor my security system remotely?
Yes, modern systems allow remote access via mobile apps or online platforms.
Can I move the Tower on my own or do I need to call you?
You can follow the procedure and move the tower providing you let us know 1st to avoid unnecessary alarms
How difficult is it to move towers ?
It is not hard to move, similar to a standard light tower but we need to be notified in advance to avoid alarms and adjust grids for best coverage.
Do the lights get turned on remotely?
YES Lights are controlled remotely and preset based on expected working times during dark hours
Do the lights come on when the camera picks up an intruder?
NO The lights are for work lights and do not help the camera view. In fact the lights reduce the area covered by a camera view as they create dark spots that the camera will not work well with.
What fuel goes in the Tower?
Standard fuel in standard tower. HVO in the eco tower.
What is the detection range?
The typical range is 79 degrees and 40m. This can be up to 250m if clear conditions with the PTZ camera and vari focal cameras used on special cases but we advise against it due to fog and rain.
What does the Tower run on diesel or is it Solar?
The tower runs on Diesel, HVO Solar and external generator if available.
How long does the generator run for?
Usually 3hrs per day 5 days a week at your choosing (default 12noon for 3 hrs)
How often do I need to refuel?
Normally every 4 to 6 weeks unless used for extra lighting runtime
Can I log in and see the cameras?
Yes via qr code to app and on PC and screen. All details will be on your welcome email
Does the Tower work without Power?
YES Our system operates fully independently, ensuring uninterrupted functionality for both cameras and lighting.
Can the lights be adjusted?
Yes the lights can do 180-360 Degrees
Can we speak through the intercom via app?
Yes but not recommended as this is best used by the monitoring centre
If a tower/Camera goes down how quick can we fix the issues?
Nationwide coverage, fast response.
Can I turn the lights on & off beside the Tower?
YES IF they are already scheduled to be on you can override them and turn them off on the MCBs marked lights inside the RHD
Is there any other hidden costs?
No
Are there any hazards we should watch out for?
No
Can we hook multiple towers up to a monitoring station?
No
Do we have a PSA licence?
Yes it is a legal requirement and staff are all screened and vetted
Are we insured to be on site ?
Yes
Can you advertise on boundary hoarding?
Yes
Can towers be branded with different logos?
yes we do joint ventures
Have we a 24hr emergency number?
Yes always answered 1st attempt
Can the lights be controlled on the app?
OK No, the app is for viewing live and playback camera footage. Lights are on a schedule as per your request and can be changed at short notice.
