Detection Process

Detection

  • The advanced CCTV cameras on the security tower continuously monitor the site.
  • When an intruder is detected, the system immediately triggers an alert.


Alert Transmission:

  • The alert is instantly transmitted to Diamond Point’s 24/7 monitoring centre
  • The monitoring centre receives real-time footage and data from the site.

Verification

  • Trained professionals at Diamond Point quickly assess the situation to verify the intrusion
  • They review the live footage and any other relevant data to confirm the presence of an intruder

Immediate Response

  • Upon verification, Diamond Point initiates the response protocol.
  • They immediately contact the Gardaí to report the intrusion and provide them with all necessary details.
  • Simultaneously, they notify the keyholder and any designated site contacts about the breach.

On-Site Action

  • The Gardaí are dispatched to the site to handle the situation.
  • Diamond Point continues to monitor the site and provide real-time updates to the Gardaí and keyholder.

Follow-Up

  • After the incident is resolved, Diamond Point conducts a thorough review of the event.
  • They provide a detailed report to the client, outlining the incident and the actions taken.
  • Any necessary adjustments to the security setup are made to prevent future occurrences.
